Some notes:
- The above price may change anytime without any notice
- This price is valid for at least 30 persons traveling together
- The package cost is based on starting category of rooms or minimum priced rooms unless mentioned specified.
- Additional supplement will apply for higher category/partial haram view/haram view/Kaaba view rooms.
- Daily Housekeeping service will depend on the respective hotel’s policy.
- The seat capacity of the vehicle cannot be guaranteed.
- Confirmation of room & other services is purely subject to availability. In case of unavailability of rooms/transport at the quoted hotels/transport, we will provide alternative options. In that case, the price may get same or lower or higher. Your final bill will be adjusted accordingly.
- Full payment for land package is to be made in order to proceed with the reconfirmation request. But making full payment must not be treated as confirmation of the booking.
- There is no option of refunding money to the guests after transferring money to Saudi Arabia.
- After package confirmation, there is no option for refund/cancellation/shift/amendment.
- Land package is 100% nonrefundable.
- Even after confirmation in writing, the hotels may increase rates of meals, transport
- companies may increase fuel cost and government may increase taxes or any fees. If it
- happens, the guests/customers need to pay the supplement.
- Biometric Enrollment via Saudi Visa Bio App is now compulsory before visa application.
- Regarding the rescheduling or refund of the air-ticket, airlines rule will apply
- . Standard checkout time is at 1200 hours. Late checkout is subject to availability and chargeable.
- Standard check in time is at 1600 hours or 1700 hours (depending on hotels). Early check in is subject to availability.
