Itinerary:
Day 1
Srinagar To Pahalgam
Arrive at Srinagar Airport, District Srinagar Is The Summer Capital Of Jammu and Kashmir. Transfer to Pahalgam Located 95 km from Srinagar at the height of 7200 ft., Pahalgam, known as the ‘Valley of Shepherds’, is a famous hill station in Jammu and Kashmir. Evening Free For Leisure. Overnight Stay at Pahalgam.
Day 2
Pahalgam Sightseeing
Breakfast at the hotel. Today’s trip will be to a picturesque valley around 97 kilometers South of Kashmir. Known as Pahalgam (which means The Shepherds Village), the valley is renowned the world over for its exotic forests, pretty water streams, and imposing snow peaks. In Pahalgam you can visit – Betaab Valley, Chandanwari (16 km from Pahalgam), and Aru valley (about 12 km from Pahalgam). Later return back to the hotel. Evening free for leisure. Overnight stay at Pahalgam.
Day 3
PAHALGAM TO SRINAGAR
After breakfast check out from the hotel and return back to the summer capital of Jammu and Kashmir (Srinagar). Evening enjoys 02 hrs. Shikara rides in the lake (at your own cost). This boat ride glides you past some wonderful vegetable gardens and aquatic life. the Shikara ride at Dal Lake. Overnight stay in Srinagar.
Day 4
SRINAGAR SIGHTSEEING
Today we will do a full day of local sightseeing that includes a visit to the famous Mughal gardens of Nishat and Shalimar. Built in between a period of 14 years the two gardens are a heritage left behind by the erstwhile Mughals, whose taste for laying exquisite gardens was fascinating. With a backdrop of the sprawling Zurbaran Mountains, the gardens boast of green turfs, blooming flowers, and cascading water fountains. We will explore the gardens and later drive back to the hotel. Overnight stay at Srinagar.
Day 5
GULMARG DAY EXCURSION
After breakfast leave for Gulmarg. One of the most beautiful destinations in Kashmir. Gulmarg is 65 Kms away from Srinagar. , on arrival in Gulmarg, you will proceed to enjoy Gulmarg sightseeing. St. Mary’s Church and Gondola ride (cable car optional at extra cost). The timing of the Gondola ride is from 10 AM to 5 PM (subject to change without prior notice, gondola operations are highly dependent upon the weather at both stages), back to the hotel. Overnight stay at Srinagar.
Day 6
SRINAGAR HOUSEBOAT
After breakfast transfer to Srinagar houseboat. The Kashmiri houseboats are floating houses that are anchored along the banks of some of the most beautiful lakes, such as Dal Lake and Nagin Lake. The houseboats are like a blend of hotel and homestay on the water. Evening free leisure. Dinner and overnight stay at houseboat.
Day 7
DEPARTURE FROM SRINAGAR
After breakfast check out from the hotel. Proceed to Srinagar airport to board the scheduled flight for onward destination. The trip ended with sweet memories.
